THIS IS A NO TAN ZONE! For this challenge, every time you go to the beach in the upcoming months, instead of tanning and relaxing, BE ACTIVE! Kick a ball, throw a ball, throw a frisbee, play volleyball, or go for a nice leisurely run by the water. Most of all have fun! Then maybe relax, tan, read or what have you.

Russ B Recent holiday - long walks, some cliff scrambling, usual play with kids, 1 hour of pedalo-ing for three passengers, rowing a dinghy, towing a dinghy... lots of exercise, lots of FUN :)

Jacqueline S See embrassaing sporting moments post from me to see - I do this already - but not always successfully!! There doesn't seem to be a time limit on this one so I will make a personal challenge to ensure that when I exercise on the beach during April, I will practice a new yoga move each time.
