Each of the exercises in this workout engages your entire core by challenging it to keep your body stable and your spine neutral during every rep.
1. Swiss ball roll out
2. Swiss ball russian twist
3. Plank with opposite arm & leg raise
4. Prone cobra
5. T Stabilization Planks

Abs and core challenge Challenge rules

  1. Use these five moves as a circuit
  2. Complete as many reps of each exercise as you can in one minute, moving from one to the next with little to no rest.
  3. Rest for 60 to 90 seconds, then repeat 3-5 times total.
  4. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
