Jenn B Day 4
Megan Strong 6.5km Run today with girlfriends! :o)
I believe that TS is about more than just exercise and activity, it is connecting with others and allowing them to explore our active environments that we love so much! So take a photo a day for a week and post it here, show us your favorite places, people and activities, the ones that inspire you, challenge you and make this life worth living!!!
Be a shutterbug and show us your TS world Challenge rules
- Photo a day for a week, your choice of subject, person, place or object...
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
“I have so enjoyed this challenge and built up the loveliest collection of photos of my everyday life which I am sure that I will treasure in years to come. If you've enjoyed my photos of the Eastern Cape Drakenberg of South Africa and would like to stay at Wildside or join us for Wild Mountain Adventures activity holidays, then take a look at our website www.wildmountainadventures.co.za”

Vanessa M Day 1 part 2, this is one off the places I visited on my 14km walk today. An aircraft carrier in San Diego. Very cool
Isabelle C This is where I keep my weapons (big girly pink sandbag, medicine ball, kettle bell, dumbbell, skipping rope, agility ladder, resistance bands, timer...) that way I can mix it up, work my body differently each time and never get bored!

We're at our second race where the girls came in 4th, 5th and 6th; hopefully place better at next race. :o)
Isabelle C This is where I do stairs workouts - 153 steps - Go up the hill and it's full of trees (stairs continue on top of the first picture where there's lots of trees)
Danielle T I've decided to restart this challenge as I never did finish it.
Today I got back from Orlando, Florida where I had been on vacation with my family and friend for 2 weeks. I had the most amazing time - the weather was hot, the sun was shining and I didn't have to think about anything back here in London. We stayed on International Drive at Sonesta ES Suites where we had our own en suite bedrooms, kitchen and living room. I'm starting this challenge off with a photo of the hotel and will take you through my holiday each day :)
Isabelle C On sunny day I like to go train in this park (when it's not full with Mr. big gun lol) =D
Isabelle C This is where I do my workouts and all the reps for my TS challenges, it's in the multi-sports room at my university

Ris S 6/7 My Favourite places in Bristol:
1. Clifton Downs - a large green area of Common Land on top of the hill by the Suspension Bridge, home to runners, cyclists, picnickers, snowmen builders (in winter when there is snow), I spent a significant portion of my early driving lessons on the roads here. 2. Bristol Harbour - great looping walk or run around the harbour. What ever the weather there's always lots to see.
Ris S 5/7 Starting a new job in a new school. Been in a few times so far to start getting my classroom ready but official 1st day isn't till Monday 1st September. Went in on the bike today as I've already taken in all my resources, and enjoying exploring a new part of the city and working out how I want to cycle in and back - and avoiding buses and traffic lights at the same time!!
Ris S Recently started volunteering on Tuesday evenings at the Bristol Bike Project. The project basically fixes old, unwanted bikes and gives them to disadvantaged members of the community. I get to learn more about bike maintenance and give back and share the cycling love to others.
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
