Isabelle C This is where I do my workouts and all the reps for my TS challenges, it's in the multi-sports room at my university
I believe that TS is about more than just exercise and activity, it is connecting with others and allowing them to explore our active environments that we love so much! So take a photo a day for a week and post it here, show us your favorite places, people and activities, the ones that inspire you, challenge you and make this life worth living!!!
Be a shutterbug and show us your TS world Challenge rules
- Photo a day for a week, your choice of subject, person, place or object...
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
“I have so enjoyed this challenge and built up the loveliest collection of photos of my everyday life which I am sure that I will treasure in years to come. If you've enjoyed my photos of the Eastern Cape Drakenberg of South Africa and would like to stay at Wildside or join us for Wild Mountain Adventures activity holidays, then take a look at our website www.wildmountainadventures.co.za”

Ris S 6/7 My Favourite places in Bristol:
1. Clifton Downs - a large green area of Common Land on top of the hill by the Suspension Bridge, home to runners, cyclists, picnickers, snowmen builders (in winter when there is snow), I spent a significant portion of my early driving lessons on the roads here. 2. Bristol Harbour - great looping walk or run around the harbour. What ever the weather there's always lots to see.
Ris S 5/7 Starting a new job in a new school. Been in a few times so far to start getting my classroom ready but official 1st day isn't till Monday 1st September. Went in on the bike today as I've already taken in all my resources, and enjoying exploring a new part of the city and working out how I want to cycle in and back - and avoiding buses and traffic lights at the same time!!
Ris S Recently started volunteering on Tuesday evenings at the Bristol Bike Project. The project basically fixes old, unwanted bikes and gives them to disadvantaged members of the community. I get to learn more about bike maintenance and give back and share the cycling love to others.
Ris S JennyJones, my pride and joy, by the brand new Tardis loo at Warmley station café on the Bristol - Bath Cycle path.

Kevin G I live in South Woodham Ferrers, Essex, this is my local creek and regular running route, only 6 minutes from my flat
Amélie M 6/7 Since it was the last day, I wanted to use the time left and go to a manifestation in the old centre. There were lots of things to try, from fish to homemade traditional dishes and desserts. Dead tired after swimming all day, I got a chance to try the famous 'sex on the beach' cocktail. To be honest, it was pretty good. :D
Kevin G Day 1/7
Two ladies in my life
My mum who will be 90 this year
My wife Samantha who will be celebrating 6 years married to me in 10 days time
Amélie M 4/7 I somehow managed to stop being so lazy and go out around midnight. The old town centre was packed with tourists, but I found an empty seat in a beach bar to enjoy a mojito :)
Danielle T 2/7 I thought I'd do day two as a bit about myself. So I recently graduated from university with a First Class honours in Textile Design :) I am a print designer and this is one of the photographs from my final major project. I designed the printed fabric (which you can see in the photo) and also designed and made the garments myself. I was inspired by personal explorations and exercise routes and used data recorded on various exercise apps to inform a collection of prints which could then be applied to garments, making them bespoke to each individual. I plan to develop this project now that I have finished university and really make something from it! You can see more photos on my website www.danielletweedie.co.uk :)
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
