Clayborn F Jumped 80 times today. Not all at once. 30, 30 and then 20. Is this challenge for 100 jumps in one go? Or can it be broken into sets?

Louise F My physio has now cleared me for hopping (to rebuild my 'explosive power' or bounce as I like to call it!) so I reckon it's time to start working on the skipping challenges!

One should set a little stiff goal than his/her capacity ,, achieve it and further increasing the level. Like 25 x 4 or 35 x 3 , 50 x 2 ..
