Gerry A Today I did a 5x5 at 200lb working weight for bench. 1 rep max puts me at 225lbs. I am 188 lbs, 1.5= 280 pounds.

Andrew M Hmm, that 6kg I lost recently is looking handy. Not much of a gap between this and the 100kg one...
Russell S This is going to be a really challenge, need some long term training for this one. Currently weighing in at 88kg so need to bench 132kg. Ok think i need to lose weight to complete this one.
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
