It says "keep feet and hands planted to the floor", so I would say yes.
I can't get my palms to touch the floor :/ maybe sometime faaaaaar in the future I might be able to if I try very hard but for now I just can't get the palms on the floor. I can get my finger tips no problem tho :)

Have you tried stretching out those tight hips and hamstrings? If that's the root cause, I would suggest buying a foam roller and using that. Make sure you stretch that IT band - the foam roller is the best thing f...
