30 Day Bicep Curls Challenge

This is a great exercise of the biceps. Builds up both strength and stamina.

Bicep Curls for a Month Challenge rules

  1. For this challenge, do 3 sets of bicep curls.
  2. Follow with 3 sets of curls starting with your elbows at 90 degrees and ending at the same position.
  3. Follow with 3 sets of curls with arms resting at your sides and moving upwards till your elbows make a 90 degrees angle.
  4. You may shuffle the order of the above exercises. All three of the 3 sets have to be completed in a single session.
  5. Start with light weights. You may add weights as the month progresses.
  6. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.

@grinder74 Donald, it's been my mums 90th birthday this weekend, so a lot of celebrating going on and no logging. Have a funeral later this week to travel and attend, so I'm gonna be a bit minimal on TS this week. But I am fine and exercising well, just not logging. Cheers for the shout out :))
