This is a great exercise of the biceps. Builds up both strength and stamina.
Bicep Curls for a Month Challenge rules
- For this challenge, do 3 sets of bicep curls.
- Follow with 3 sets of curls starting with your elbows at 90 degrees and ending at the same position.
- Follow with 3 sets of curls with arms resting at your sides and moving upwards till your elbows make a 90 degrees angle.
- You may shuffle the order of the above exercises. All three of the 3 sets have to be completed in a single session.
- Start with light weights. You may add weights as the month progresses.
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
