10 Tricep dips
15 Squats
5 Push ups
10 Standing calf raises
36 Russian twists
30 Seconds plank
10 Seconds side plank - each side
30 Jumping jacks
5 Jump squats
5 Kneeling push ups
5 Burpees

  1. Try to do the entire set without rest between exercises.
  2. If must rest between exercises, try to keep it less than 30 seconds.
