To complete the challenges you need to be able to complete 1 rep of each exercise at 100% bodyweight or higher, all of these exercises must be completed in one week, after the date that you take the challenge, videos appreciated but not compulsory:

- all in one week
- Bench Press
- Clean and Jerk
- Overhead press
- Bodyweight pull up
- test yourself AFTER taking the challenge
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.

Adrian K Im surprised so many people here are able to snatch their bodyweight? It's a very technical lift and I'm still 10kgs off
