Bodyweight for every lift

To complete the challenges you need to be able to complete 1 rep of each exercise at 100% bodyweight or higher, all of these exercises must be completed in one week, after the date that you take the challenge, videos appreciated but not compulsory:

Bodyweight for every lift Challenge rules

  1. all in one week
  2. Bench Press
  3. Deadlift
  4. Clean and Jerk
  5. Snatch
  6. Squat
  7. Overhead press
  8. Bodyweight pull up
  9. test yourself AFTER taking the challenge
  10. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
