As a follow on to the bottoms up clean challenge, add a press and really work that upper body!
Do 10 on each arm.

- Use a suitable weight - one that is challenging but that will also enable you to maintain good form throughout.
- Mind your face! Be ready to catch with your other hand if necessary.
- If you've not done these before, practice somewhere that you can happily drop the weight if it starts to topple. Mind your knees and toes, and your arms if this happens.
