Non vorrei dire una scemenza, ma lo sforzo di questa sfida sta più nella parte isometrica che in quella di movimento (in fondo sono solo una trentina di piegamenti) quindi credo vada a colpire i muscoli in modo diverso da quello di un normale allenamento..... Cerca cmq un periodo di scarico..... Non so perché ma il mio istruttore mi ha messo sempre petto e bicipiti, gambe e tricipiti, spalle e dorsali. Io praticamente non ho mai un po' di pace per i tricipiti. In effetti in questo anno credo che siano quelli che sono cresciuti di più in proporzione :)

No, non è una scemenza. Mantenere la contrazione isometrica, anche se per pochi secondi, è veramente tosto!! Avere petto-tricipiti e dorso-bicipiti nella stessa sessione è abbastanza massacrante! Se dai tutto per il primo gruppo muscolare quando vai ad allenare il secondo sei gia mezzo andato...
