Fa Raza Ha Ri C 22%. I would prefer to be 15% but this said my body fat is in healthy range. I think i should focus on removing unwanted fat at certain area of my body.

Elena V As an 18 year old female with 21% body fat I'm on the lowest part of healthy, I guess I just got to work on adding more healthy calories and more working out to tighten that bit of fat around my belly.
Sara W Well, finally able to start losing weight again. The 15 pounds that I've lost so far has me 1% away from being in the healthy range for my age! So happy for the progress I've been able to make!
Lolo J Not happy with this number, although it is much lower than it used to be. I'm about 2% over the highest number for my age. I'll be working hard to get myself where I need to be.

Dennis D I have 19% body fat now and want to get to15.Tough going.I'm a good weight for my height so I don't want to lose weight.Have a little fat on the belly.What are my options?I think diet is the answer but cut carbs?Any good advise would be appreciated.
Charlotte C It says 14%, however, I've done another method to calculate the body fat percentage that included more measurements (hips, navel, neck) and I got 19% which seems more representative of my body fat.

Chrissy E According to this my body fat percentage is 16... I have a narrow waist compared to my body though, plus i (sadly) do not look like I only have 16% body fat... at least not yet.
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
