“I got 34% based on this calculation. I took my body fat measurement on a tantra (sp?) scale yesterday and got 31.8% so pretty close. I'm working to lower this value either way.”

Danyka P 32% body fat, which falls within the acceptable healthy range for my age. Now my goal is to be under 25%.

Cassandra D mine says 23%, i used a different website yesterday and i asked for more measurements and gave me a 17% so i am going to go out on a limb and say this website is off. i will have my trainer double check though
Jillian D 31% per this website - Considered "healthy" but I want to lose several percentage point to feel better about myself.
Jay J 26% - in the "healthy" range, so that's a plus :)
not sure this calculation method would be very accurate, but I guess it's just a guide...
Justin G With my info entered recently I am at 23% by the website calculator. I am 3% above the healthy limit according to this. I hope it is close to accurate. Started off at about 30%, so it is going in the right direction now.
Aram F It says 16% which I don't seem to agree, but I'm happy I got that result, it might be average and well, this will help me going on, and motivated! :)
Fa Raza Ha Ri C 22%. I would prefer to be 15% but this said my body fat is in healthy range. I think i should focus on removing unwanted fat at certain area of my body.
Elena V As an 18 year old female with 21% body fat I'm on the lowest part of healthy, I guess I just got to work on adding more healthy calories and more working out to tighten that bit of fat around my belly.
Sara W Well, finally able to start losing weight again. The 15 pounds that I've lost so far has me 1% away from being in the healthy range for my age! So happy for the progress I've been able to make!
Lolo J Not happy with this number, although it is much lower than it used to be. I'm about 2% over the highest number for my age. I'll be working hard to get myself where I need to be.
Dave W encouraged this.
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
