Camel Pose Challenge rules

  1. Practicing Ustrasana can make many beginners who are new to yoga feel distinctly ill, with light headedness or nausea being quite common after-effects.However, this does usually improve with practice.
  2. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
