This is a very deep back bend which is performed in a kneeling position. As a stretch it opens the whole of the front of the body, including the hip flexors and pectoral muscles. The posture improves core strength, spinal, hip and shoulder flexibility and stamina.

Elizabeth S I completed the challenge, it was a bit hard. I'll continue for 7 days at least 'till this become a flawless move. My back hurt after this, i need to work on my stretching.

Alan V getting there with this one, but not enough yet to feel I can complete. When I started I could not even touch my heels, but can manage this now, so flexibility has improved :)
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
