This is a very deep back bend which is performed in a kneeling position. As a stretch it opens the whole of the front of the body, including the hip flexors and pectoral muscles. The posture improves core strength, spinal, hip and shoulder flexibility and stamina.

Nana D Camel Pose Challenge

Contributorbronze Nana D Incoporated this into my stretch routine after my daily exercise. Some days it seems easier to do and other days can barely touch my feet. Anybody know the reason whuy this is so?
