Is cycling proffesionally too much?? well this is for the people who want some exercise but nothing competitive!
For 7 days go on a bike ride each day for half an hour to an hour to help build and maintain your stamina. You can choose your surface, whether it be grassy, rocky, flat or a hill, it is up to you!. Don't forget to post online what you have achieved that day and... Good Luck :)
Casual Bike Rides for a Week Challenge rules
- Be aware of you surroundings, there may be other people/ vehicles
- The time must be continuous, don't stop after every ten minutes or something. Push yourself.
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
Training for the following exercises will be automatically logged against this Challenge:

Helen T Getting ready to go to work...not looking forward to todays ride, 40 km head wind and gusts up to 60,...yik...suspect I may be walking some of it - or at best full steam ahead and getting nowhere fast
Helen T 6/7 took a different route to work, then took a another one home, got lost and ended up going far further then planned. Good thing a nice day.
