Casual Bike Rides for a Week

Is cycling proffesionally too much?? well this is for the people who want some exercise but nothing competitive!

For 7 days go on a bike ride each day for half an hour to an hour to help build and maintain your stamina. You can choose your surface, whether it be grassy, rocky, flat or a hill, it is up to you!. Don't forget to post online what you have achieved that day and... Good Luck :)

Casual Bike Rides for a Week Challenge rules

  1. Be aware of you surroundings, there may be other people/ vehicles
  2. The time must be continuous, don't stop after every ten minutes or something. Push yourself.
  3. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
