Is cycling proffesionally too much?? well this is for the people who want some exercise but nothing competitive!
For 7 days go on a bike ride each day for half an hour to an hour to help build and maintain your stamina. You can choose your surface, whether it be grassy, rocky, flat or a hill, it is up to you!. Don't forget to post online what you have achieved that day and... Good Luck :)
Casual Bike Rides for a Week Challenge rules
- Be aware of you surroundings, there may be other people/ vehicles
- The time must be continuous, don't stop after every ten minutes or something. Push yourself.
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
Training for the following exercises will be automatically logged against this Challenge:
“Just goes to show you CAN fit in exercise regularly if you really want to! I did go out at some pretty daft times just to get the rides fitted in around everything else, though. :-)”

Gill C answered the question How do you keep your ears warm whilst wearing a cycle helmet?
I like to use the Buff range (just the material type) but I know that you can get Buffs that have a band of fleece on one end to put around your face and over your ears, this type may be better for you?
