Jordan J a little tip start off with a low drop to minimize the chance of injury. p.s i learnt the hard way ;)
Just very basically do a catleap from standing or running, over a distance equal or greater than your own height. This can be onto a wall or railing, it can be at ground level or with a drop (ground level is safer and advised for those without experience)

“My first one of these was quite scary. You have to trust that you are strong enough to hold yourself up once you get to your intended destination (be it a wall, railing or whatever). But once done it became one of my favorite moves”
