There is so much to do and a healthy mind thrives in a clutter-free environment.
Spend 15 minutes between exercises, runs, work, TV, anything 4x today or do it all in an hour. Just do it - get that mess tidied up and you'll see how much better your workout will feel when you're done!

Taylor C I usually clean my house daily anyways, but somehow, this 1 hour challenge turned into a 6 hour cleaning session. Lmfao. On the plus side, my house is sparkling. :) Challenge complete.
