I have recently been told coffee lowers testosterone! This is extremly detrimental for two main reasons!
1. less testosterone means less growth when training!
2. For us males, think it comes as a given that we want as much testosterone as possible!
Coffee only in the morning! For a month! Challenge rules
- if you are a hardcore coffee fan like me and a terrible morning person! one is allowed in the morning
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
