I have recently been told coffee lowers testosterone! This is extremly detrimental for two main reasons!
1. less testosterone means less growth when training!
2. For us males, think it comes as a given that we want as much testosterone as possible!
Coffee only in the morning! For a month! Challenge rules

Caroline L omg...this is only the first day and I want to cry thinking it's gonna last a month...I just realized how addicted to coffee I am and I really don't like it. I really want to do this, I don't want to give up!!!any tips to make this challenge easier??please!!!!!!
