Just joined a gym and already finding it hard to motivate yourself? Don't worry there are lots of us out there finding it just as difficult as you... This challenge is aimed at getting you on the right track, motivating you to start and maintain your new fitness regime. The challenge is 15 gym sessions in 30 days with a minimum of 30 minutes exercising each session. Setting goals is one of the most positive ways to get motivated and reach your target, whether it be to loose a few pounds or be able to run without getting out of breath.... So enjoy this challenge and get on the right track to a healthier lifestyle.....
Remember to make sure you spread the sessions evenly and don’t run out of days... Lets make working out a lifestyle change not a waste of money!

“That's me!!! woo hoo x x and I feel great, I have never been a gym bunny but the difference in myself is unbelievable, most impressed with the quality of sleep I've been getting, no waking up at 3/4 in morning I'm sleeping thru to the alarm and feeling refreshed, also out on pushbike with kids yesterday bank holiday and I was keeping up with them so my fitness level is greatly improved!! And to think I needed a challenge to give me a push x x”
