“Very excited as this has been on my list of goals for a while. I decided to purchase a door way pull up bar and three days a week I would do 3 to 5 pull ups when ever I remembered throughout the day. Went to the gym a couple of nights ago and did 5 to warm up, then 7 and BAMB 10 pull ups. Got a few nice comments from some of the muscles who were working out at the time. Feeling Gooooood :-)”
