“I presume that for this challenge we are supposed to be doing dead-hang pull-ups (no kipping), using full ROM (like in the picture)? To make to more interesting, opted to do 10 chest to bar pull-ups. Have always loved them - but not the dire state they leave my hands in afterwards!”
