“I presume that for this challenge we are supposed to be doing dead-hang pull-ups (no kipping), using full ROM (like in the picture)? To make to more interesting, opted to do 10 chest to bar pull-ups. Have always loved them - but not the dire state they leave my hands in afterwards!”

Nicolas B Just started the challenge and already at 6 full pull ups with a 7th just a half pull up (these are wide pull ups!) A few days of negatives (3 x 10) then try for full 10 pull ups!!!
Scott V It's been over a year since I completed "Do 5 chin ups". Then I got stuck at 6 for so long that I actually gave up on this challenge. So I was pretty impressed last night at the park with the kids when I decided to give it a try! I got to 7 on the 1st attempt, then 10 on the second try! Woohoo! I guess all these challenges do pay off!
