This form of Yoga, has became increasingly popular over the last few years. It is great for keeping healthy, helps relieve stress and is good for posture and muscular strength. My challenge for you is to complete 12 sessions, try and do this over a 3-4 week period. I guarantee you will feel a lot better at the end of it!

- Make sure to drink plenty of water before the session, as there will be no fluids allowed for the first half hour.
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
Training for the following exercises will be automatically logged against this Challenge:
