For each leg raise: lift legs into the air then hover for a ten second count using your stomach muscles to hold them there and repeat.

Do 2x sets of 6 in the same way. Lets get toned abs :)

  1. Must complete 12 reps for 14 days
  2. Must hold pose on each for at least 10 secs with legs just above floor
  3. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
