For each leg raise: lift legs into the air then hover for a ten second count using your stomach muscles to hold them there and repeat.
Do 2x sets of 6 in the same way. Lets get toned abs :)
Complete 12 leg raises each day for 2 weeks Challenge rules
- Must complete 12 reps for 14 days
- Must hold pose on each for at least 10 secs with legs just above floor
