Cerise M Just had a quick tot up of how many runs I've done so far this year, to see if I'm on track. I started off the year by completing the 9 week couch to 5k - 18 runs, then 35 runs using an app on my phone, then I got a nike+ wrist band at the end of May and I've logged 96 runs so far with that. So 149 runs so far this year.

Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
