Giorgia S 100 today! Didn't think I could manage that since my arms and chest are very sore, but it turns out there is increased strength in there! 285 total.
Rob R Been a bit lame on the updates - 100 yesterday taking me to 900 for the month so far. Aiming for 5,000 in total so a bi behind on goal, but on track for this challenge.

Ruth C I was going to go for 1000 this month, but what the hell I might as well double it! 174 done already, but that will be at least 200 before end of play today and I'm off to my military fitness session now.
