Dave W Would you believe it ? At 232 lb I needed 464lb and lifted 462 lb :-(
I am getting much closer though !! ;-)
Dave W At almost 228 lbs I need to lift 456lb.
PB is 396lb and I am currently only lifting 341lb. A long way to go, but at least I have a target !!
Gerry A I pulled a 1X5 set of deadlifts sumo style at 355 lbs---I am 188lbs. 1rep max = 399 lbs. Will surpass this goal next week.
