haha sounds very familiar! My favourite is 'sofa rugby'... its exactly what it says on the tin, rugby but played with a sofa instead of a ball... always ends in tears
All sounds so familiar - climbers and alcohol = cornflake box and overly stretched muscles in the morning to go with your hangover! I'm impressed with the two breeze blocks though - this might have to be a variation for our next club trip!

brilliant! i know, amazing work out for the hamstrings, and hours of fun too! It's all about the targets - i think we should add that to the rules!
