We all know there are easily acheivable physical challenges on TS. Those are great but this challenge is for those who really want to set the bar and achieve something for themselves they either never thought possible OR have always wanted to do but never taken the plunge.
It could be a marathon, weight loss, fitness comp.

“Mine was a set of Yates rows with 100% of bodyweight. When I was a little heavier it was impossible for me to do more than about 85%. But now I've lost weight, kept my strength (just about) and achieved it. Sorry, wasn't able to use my camera in the gym :-(”

Jeremy O Hi Peggy, You can log your miles in the "Post training data" section by selecting running, no of kms & time. I log mine by uploading the data from my Garmin GPS watch to show the map as well but you can also upload some data from other devices using the "Upload GPX or KML" button on the "Post training data" tab. I'm not sure if this works with iPhone data but worth a try if you use Runkeeper App.
Can you do it on the computer? Running section???

you can compelte the just sign up challenge John . DIdi hear correctly marathon as in running .. if so respect is due in heaps .. brave man that you are !! ... he we can be virtual training buddies !!!

Yes I intend to " RUN " 2 marathons next year with Dublin City being my main focus 25 years after I did it and never ran after it again up to recent years when tried to run again. I'm at 3.5k so only need another 38k on to that lol but have a year :-)

Hi Emily, it was an amazing show to watch Inspiring !! It will be difficult for me to get into condition as dieting interferes with my medication, but then, that it why it's called a challenge. Considering where I was a year ago, just to be on stage would be a win in my eyes. :)
Looks like you're well on your way already. And you're right, being in good enough shape to compete is a huge accomplishment all on its own. So I'll be watching for shots of you on that stage next year. :)

Paul T OK, let's put in writing !!!! Here goes.... My goal is to compete at the Natural Physique Association, Southwest qualifier in Taunton UK in July 2013. In the masters (over 40) class. There, it's written now so it has to happen LOL LOL.

Grant M Can it be a goal I set up early this year? I hope to cross it today that is all. I have to beat the 2 hour mark for 20km marathon kayak racing.
Time at start of year was 2 hours 21 minutes
Last race time 2 hours 4 minutes.
New ski, lots of training and hopefully a sub 2 hour time is on the cards today.
The goal is to have this encourage everyone to make a NEW goal :) So impressive what you're doing. Maybe create your own challenge where you can set this and achieve it :)
Challenge is still active, just failed yesterday 2:00:50. I need to find another 50 seconds to achieve this.
