Inspired by another TS user @lucasm, I started to keep track of my challenges in a spreadsheet. Since then the challenges that I have taken up have been much easier to track. I'd recommend that all TS users do this aswell!
Create a spreadsheet to keep track of your challenges Challenge rules
“Much easier to keep track of everything, especially as I have quite a few of differing lengths (7dasy, 21days etc) to keep track of and love ticking them off my list!!”

Kandice K This is definitely a great way to keep track of any progress that is made! I recommend this to everyone, especially if you are working on more than one challenge at a time!! :-) Love organizing and working out why not put them together! :-))))

Marica M My spreadsheet to track my challenges.
Loren O My spreadsheet. I've broken out whether it's an exercise (daily or once), general, race, etc.. I put it on Google Docs so I can access it anywhere.
Maria G encouraged this.
Claire R really good idea, have now got a plan to do a circuit tonight that will complete a load of challenges in 1 go, and spotted a number of challenges I'd already completed

Cool! And you're very welcome.
It offered a much needed nudge to get myself organised! Have managed to clear out loads of 'old' challenges that I'd forgotten to update, and has also given me a way of listing by catagories such as 'ongoing', 'one offs to do now', 'leg strengthening, so get going on it now' - with more ambitious (for someone with knee issues!) ones listed to come back to once I've cleared my highest priorities. Great stuff!!! :-D
Jovz H started my spreadsheet this month... had to print it though to acess it faster then update my spreadsheet weekly in the computer rather than daily....
Baldy John - job done....simple but will do the job......3 tabs

2. Active Challenges

Vaunette C I don't use a spreadsheet, I use a calendar and different colored markers to track my challenges. Does that count?

Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?
OK, I'll keep working at it!Loading
