This is a fairly simple challenge that you can do at home.
You can complete this challenge in your own time during the day or all at once.
These exercises are great for building overall strength and anyone can do them. They may be difficult at first but if you persist (even if you can do only 1 chin or dip now), you will see and feel the benefits of this routine.
If you can do more that is great!
Do 10 Dips, 10 Chin ups and 30 Push ups a day for 7 days Challenge rules
- 10 dips - you can use a dip bar, a chair or the handrails on a stair well (only if you are confident and it is safe to do so)
- 10 chins - You can use a proper chin up bar or anything else you can find overhead (cross beams etc.)
- 30 push ups can be done anywhere (for some variety try putting your feet up on something like the bed or dressing table (Only if safe to do so))
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
Training for the following exercises will be automatically logged against this Challenge:
“Weekdays I usually run 5miles cross country, then as many each of pressups, situps, dips & heaves, though modify with sets or intervals”
