Chair dips are great for any indoor exercise session. 20 a day should be a great way to start to help build up tricep muscle. To perform the chair dip, you can use any basic chair you have indoors or even outdoors. Position your palms facing behind you and "dip" down and lift up with your triceps contracting. If you need further challenge, then get another chair (as pictured) and elevate legs.
Do 20 chair dips a day for 7 days Challenge rules
“Oh well, I know I am still not doing very good on the dips. However, I fully intend to be stronger. :)”

Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?
OK, I'll keep working at it!Loading
