Autumn is approaching and sometimes it can be difficult to motivate yourself to go to the gym or go on a run before work or after work, especially when it is dark! Try doing 50 press ups before every shower you have, be it in the morning or the evening, all hopefully both! Take this Challenge EVERY day for a month and I GUARANTEE you will look and more importantly feel great!

- Remember.. EVERY time you have a shower. It will then become easy and you can increase the amount!
