Autumn is approaching and sometimes it can be difficult to motivate yourself to go to the gym or go on a run before work or after work, especially when it is dark! Try doing 50 press ups before every shower you have, be it in the morning or the evening, all hopefully both! Take this Challenge EVERY day for a month and I GUARANTEE you will look and more importantly feel great!

Eoin O After my not-so-great long run yesterday I didn't have the energy to do the 50 pressups before the shower. So I did two sets of 50 before the shower this morning, I can still feel the burn! :-)
Eoin O My first day of this challenge and I've had two showers, so 2 x 50 pushups. Gotta stop taking showers! (joking...)
