A fairly forgiving accumulator challenge for beginners at push ups. Completing this challenge will require the challenger to complete an average of 16 push ups a day.
If you miss a day you can always make up the difference on another day, get up to 500 in a month and by the end you should find push ups a little easier than before.

Done in sets of 20/30 over the last week for a challenge (i get confused if i log them as i go :P)
