A fairly forgiving accumulator challenge for beginners at push ups. Completing this challenge will require the challenger to complete an average of 16 push ups a day.
If you miss a day you can always make up the difference on another day, get up to 500 in a month and by the end you should find push ups a little easier than before.

“Just start with 5 at one go. keep it going for 3-5 days. When you've become used to it,gradually increase it to 10 at one go. Take rest. and Attempt the rest 7 after 3-5 minutes. Even if it takes stretching out the arms a bit in between :)”

Jessie G This is a tough challenge for me. I am not that strong in my upper body yet. But I am at 120/500. Started 4 days ago.
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
