Day 30/30. Woo hoo! It's over! Finished it after giving everything on the leg workout. Took me a while to finished it, using every bit of my upper body muscle. 05:05. Now looking back to the first day of this challenge when i could barely do 6reps of full dead hang pull ups, i'm really happy with my progression. Glad that i took this challenge :)

Day 16/30. 30 pull ups in under four minutes! This is awesome considering pull ups is one of the bodyweight exercises i consider the toughest so far. 03:57
