Go as hard and as long as possible. Warm up nice and slow first then go hard. Ease down your training before any events. about a week should do it. Keep your rpm above 90.

Question: If I'm training on one of the gyms bikes as I'm unable to train outdoors. What stress setting should I use?
(I am aware that this may vary with different bikes)
Sue H Started from a base of very low fitness (and a large tummy) but have done a couple already in times varying from to 1.29 to 1.18 and am gradually shaving a little bit off my times so am aiming to get to 1.15 shortly - a good target thanks.
