“I use www.fatsecret.com. Essentially it allows me to track what I eat and I do it periodically for weeks at a time to ensure my nutrition is still on track. Printing the report allows you to easily see the protein intake, the carb intake and the fat intake (which I aim to have at 100g; less then 130g and 70g respectively).”
