3/7 Monday - porridge, blueberries and protein powder. well, that's what I have nearly every day

Dave W Bank holiday weekend. Trying to resist a fry up.
Day 1 - Weetabix and Herbal Tea (Milk Thistle, Lemon Verbena and Lime) - Boiled Eggs and a Protein shake on the way!
