Mark H Well, I have been working on more veg or salad depending on what's available at work and fruit in addition to staying away from fried food and things which are overly fatty. I have also stayed away from processed food items, it may not always be the best, but definitely the better option.
To complete this challenge, you should try to dodge the preprepared sandwiches and other unhealthy options and prepare yourself (or buy) a healthy lunch every day for two weeks. Eating healthily doesn't need to mean eating small (especially if you are active), just try to get the right balance. Obviously the term 'healthy' is subjective, so you are your own judge!
