This Nutritional Challenge is a method of that dates back to our ancestors.. hence the name “caveman”. It is the healthiest way of eating that brings us back to the basics – meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts and berries. Looking for challengers to only eat food that can either be hunted or gathered for 1 week. Hopefully this challenge will kick start you to a healthier eating lifestyle.
Eat Like A Caveman or Cavewoman Challenge rules
- Only eat food you could gather or hunt
- No processed foods, dairy products, pasta breads or rice etc...
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.

In the past 23 days I have been eating particularly healthy and mostly home made natural foods. I'm confident that I can complete this one now ;-)
Dave W Done this EASILY this week. Nuts/seeds for snacks, no processed foods, only natural foods. BUT............ the Paneer I had on my vege day killed the challenge (just that 1 item) - everything else was great !! Oh well, a restart it is, this is tough !!
Dave W I do eat quite a few processed foods [not rubbish meals though] such as mozzarella, stuffed Jalapenos, the odd pizza, spring rolls etc. This is going to be HARD, especially as I am eating vege 1 day per week and need protein, which is bound to come from a processed food, cheese, tofu, polenta etc... ;-(
Josie M :) did this today and did not realize it. Cooked fish, we caught in just lemon juice and basil, with potatoes
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
