This Nutritional Challenge is a method of that dates back to our ancestors.. hence the name “caveman”. It is the healthiest way of eating that brings us back to the basics – meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts and berries. Looking for challengers to only eat food that can either be hunted or gathered for 1 week. Hopefully this challenge will kick start you to a healthier eating lifestyle.

  2. No processed foods, dairy products, pasta breads or rice etc...
