The challenge is simple. Eat only Fruits and Vegetables for 7 days. No meat, no dairy just fruits and veges. If you feel bursting with energy by eating more fruits and vegetables, discovering a whole new world of foods...you might decide to extend it for longer than 7 days. This is a perfect complement to the Adventures in Vegetables challenge! I am excited to get started!
