“Day 7 completed before work yesterday morning. Day 8 today, I think I'm going to continue with this for another month during my workout days. This has been a great mental challenge for me. Unless they put me on nights then my before 8AM will be equivalent on the other half of the day/evening.”

Norman S Might be a mental help to start this on a Saturday so that you're not thinking about having to set up an alarm when you're coming to the end of the 7 days and motivation's running lower.
