Ris S Exercise before 8am every day for 7 days Challenge

Contributorsilver Ris S Loaded car up for my Tri Sat am between 6:45 and 7:15 but forgot to 'exercise' so epic fail!!!
However starting again. Tri this morning so was warming up by 7:30am. 1/7 done.
