Sounds easy, but get up and exercise (whatever it is) before 8am every day for 7 days in a row - might be easy on commute days, but can you do it at the weekend too? Use this challenge to motivate you to get into a morning exercise routine!

Ris S Done! Tri warm up sun. Cycled to work at 6:45 Mon - Fri and Saturday woke up at 5:30 so did a set of some full press ups then fed the cat before going back to bed again.
Ris S Loaded car up for my Tri Sat am between 6:45 and 7:15 but forgot to 'exercise' so epic fail!!!
However starting again. Tri this morning so was warming up by 7:30am. 1/7 done.
