To complete this challenge, you will need to exercise every single day for one month. You can start on whatever day you want, but you must keep going for exactly one calendar month, so if you start on March 3rd, you will have to exercise on each day up to, and including April 2nd.
The minimum exercise on any particular day is up to you, and will depend on your initial fitness level, but we suggest a minimum of 15 mins a day. To get the most out of this challenge, try to vary the type of exercise you do every day.

Kabrina C 1/31 - Starting at probably the roughest time of year for this kind of challenge but WHY NOT, right?!? January 1st will be a nightmare but if I get that far (WHICH I WILL!) then I'm not going to ruin it all by skipping out on just 30 tiny minutes of working out (with a severe hangover...)
