To complete this challenge, you will need to exercise every single day for one month. You can start on whatever day you want, but you must keep going for exactly one calendar month, so if you start on March 3rd, you will have to exercise on each day up to, and including April 2nd.
The minimum exercise on any particular day is up to you, and will depend on your initial fitness level, but we suggest a minimum of 15 mins a day. To get the most out of this challenge, try to vary the type of exercise you do every day.

Bridget C Week one completed and a total of 3.5km walking, 14km running, 9km spinning, 45mins yoga, 265 squats, 165 lunges, 3:50 bridge, 30 pushups, 120 mt climbers, 175 jumping jacks, 200 crunches, 30 burpees & 120 bench dips :)
