Selena M I've committed to exercise every day for 100 days from Jan 1st.
It's the month of New Year Resolutions - the ones that always get broken... especially the fitness ones as the excitement and motivation wears thin, the back to work depression sets in, and the nights are cold and dark. Well - take this challenge - to exercise EVERY day in January, and stay motivated to see the resolution through. Remember not to over train - but use this challenge as a way to start the new year cross training and trying different sports. Commuting to work by bike counts too!
Exercise every day in January Challenge rules
“It was easier to train on some days than it was on others, but I kept the end goal in mind, and just focused on getting through each day, then each week, and then the month was done.”

Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?
OK, I'll keep working at it!Loading
