Exercise every day in July

Summer is upon us, and the mornings and evenings are bright and warm. Well - take this challenge - to exercise EVERY day in July, and stay motivated to see the resolution through. Remember not to over train - but use this challenge as a way to stay fit during the summer by cross training and trying different sports. Commuting to work by bike counts too!

Exercise every day in July Challenge rules

  1. 1 day at least should be recovery day, but on the recovery day core work or a swim, a walk, yoga etc. could count as exercise - anything that is less intensity than you're doing other days. It's good to remember that recovery and rest is also very very important!
  2. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
