The evenings are getting brighter, the weather is getting warmer. Well - take this challenge - to exercise EVERY day in May, and stay motivated to see the resolution through. Remember not to over train - but use this challenge as a way to start to get fit for the summer by cross training and trying different sports. Commuting to work by bike counts too!

Russ B May was my first full month on Tribesports, and thanks to the challenges, the advice and most importantly the support and motivation I've derived from other users of this site, I have managed to stick to it and exercise each and every day. There have been times I'd have preferred to skip it, but knowing i'm partway through a challenge has brought me in to 'just do that' but then i've been pulled in to 'and another thing' and before you know it, hey presto pukka exercise every day. Thank you to every one who's encouraged, commented on or otherwise supported my activities. I have never exercised so regularly in all my life before :)

Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
