This challenge is to get you doing your daily push up but rather the traditional basic and increasing numbers of them. Doing sets of different push ups, for example, basic,hands & elbows tight to sides, hands inline with solar plexus "fingers & Thumbs touching" push ups on finger tips, knuckle push ups, one arm push ups. You could even search different variations online the list is endless.
Experiment with different push ups, doing at least 10 of each Challenge rules

One other option is to do pushups stanindg on the backsides of your hands. Make sure your elbows are pointing to the sides similar to wide grip puch ups. This exercise is ultimate to secure that you don't damage your...
