Brook M I have managed to log my food for 20 days straight. I am sometimes really surprised how many calories there are in the most unexpected food items.
For 3 weeks, write down all the foods that you eat for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Also, Snacks and Drinks. If you had a bowl of cereal with low fat milk for Breakfast and a cup of tea,write it down! When you have completed the journal for 2 weeks identify and reduce the offenders without agony, just reduce little by little!

Hollie A Had this on my challenges for a while now. I start but never finish. I HATE tracking food and calories! I know it's a good habit to gt into but just can't seem to follow it through. Will keep it on my challenges and hopefully will get it done.

Casara A Food Diary Challenge Day 2: All Day -meal replacement shake, 2 apples, veggie sandwhich, and 1 slice of pizza, 1 bottle of water. And upon todays reflection of my meal choices, i have decided no matter how lazy i am to make a meal i will avoid grabbing a slice of pizza lol.

Janna C I've used a Food Diary before, and whilst it's had it's benefits - I was really just recording stuff as I went. Almost 3 weeks ago I uploaded a new App called Easy Diet Diary to my iPhone. It is a total revelation. I never understood or bothered counting kilojules/calories before. And I can see where my meals vs snacks are out of balance straight away.

I'm pretty happy because things are going well. I've had a few off days, but I've always gotten back on track which is really the key for me. With two weeks down I'm going to really try and hone in on my trouble foods and try to find any patterns in my diet that I should enforce or change.
