Food Diary Challenge!

For 3 weeks, write down all the foods that you eat for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Also, Snacks and Drinks. If you had a bowl of cereal with low fat milk for Breakfast and a cup of tea,write it down! When you have completed the journal for 2 weeks identify and reduce the offenders without agony, just reduce little by little!

  1. No lying!Be honest!
  2. Enter every single thing that you eat, even when you are out.
  3. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.

I have been keeping my food diary since November, 4th, writing down all the foods and the drinks that I have. And I have to say it's nice because it helps me to maintain a healthier diet.

Do you like apples, too? Do you know what I like doing very much :) ... in the evenings, I peel three, four apples, and cut them like potato chips, and enjoy eating them while watching a good film ;). And sometimes, I enjoy a glass of good red wine ;).
