For 3 weeks, write down all the foods that you eat for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Also, Snacks and Drinks. If you had a bowl of cereal with low fat milk for Breakfast and a cup of tea,write it down! When you have completed the journal for 2 weeks identify and reduce the offenders without agony, just reduce little by little!
