Oh, the stuffiness of indoor life! When you go out that door it hits you...like a big breath of FRESH AIR! In this challenge all you need to do is make your escape for 5 minutes. Exit those doors and go outside and just breath. Really refreshing when you work indoors, to take a break.

Fresh Air Challenge rules

  1. Take yourself outside and consciously breath the air out there.
  2. Do it for at least 5 minutes a day, with intention, for 7 days.
  3. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
