Oh, the stuffiness of indoor life! When you go out that door it hits you...like a big breath of FRESH AIR! In this challenge all you need to do is make your escape for 5 minutes. Exit those doors and go outside and just breath. Really refreshing when you work indoors, to take a break.
Fresh Air Challenge rules
- Take yourself outside and consciously breath the air out there.
- Do it for at least 5 minutes a day, with intention, for 7 days.
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
“Achieved this at work this week by parking further away from office in the free 2-3 hours parks and having to move the car,instead of parking in the paid all day space. Good for pocket, and for my head and body:)”
