Friday Run 3+ Miles Challenge rules
- Prior running does not count, the challenge must be completed sometime after Aug 19, 2012.
- DO NOT mark this complete unless you actually do the challenge and post your training data!
- You may however add them to total a longer distance! (e.g 2+3 = 5 miles)
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
Training for the following exercises will be automatically logged against this Challenge:
“I know it seems slow to do 3miles in 30mins, but with the added speed work it was intense. I did ladder drills after every half mile of apporx. 20mitres. I ran on grass around a rugby pitch in cleats!”
