Front squats help with many forms of sport, as well as part of the sport of powerlifting. This challenge is to perform a front squat, held in a clean grip, down to parallel with 50% of your body weight

Nadege C I do about 45lbs right now, but this hasn't been an area of focus for me as I am focusing on backsquats. To reach 50% I'll have to build up to 64lbs. I'll probably focus on that before the year is up so I wanted to keep it in my challenge list :)
