Begin with a tuck planche and work your way up. Coach Sommer would be an excellent reference for this one. Focus on keeping tight, and remember this is taxing on the entire body. Stretch your wrists and lets make this happen for 15 seconds! Please post progression videos, and techniques you found helpful.
