“After a bout with fear I rode to my daughters house. I loved riding and hated that I couldn't ride. This "simple" challenge was not very simple for me. I am glad it was out there cause I battled myself every day since I accepted the challenge. It truely helped me get back on my bike. It took me longer than I hoped but for now I can start over with just getting on my bike and my long lost 50 milers will come back. Thank you.”

Susan S Finally did this although I have to admit I cheated a bit and borrowed a friends electric bike, it was still quite tough though, but it did make the hills a bit easier and it didnt kill my arthritic knees.

Simone B I'm taking this challenge because of late I have been riding my mountain bike and the gym trainer exclusively. I need to get back on my road bike for long rides, so this is the incentive challenge! :))

Gaina C Woohoo! I completed the challenge today (actually I went 10K over before I realised I'd done it!). Challenges like this are great fun because they are a good way to commit to a fitness program without the pressure of a deadline.
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
